Levelling machine, pided into two parts by power and main engine. The power part is composed of leveling power seat, reducer, coupling, drive gear group, etc. The main motor uses high-power DC motor, equipped with imported digital DC controller, which can adjust the leveling speed in a wide range. The starting current is less than the rated current, the starting torque is greater than the rated torque, especially suitable for continuous high load state starting, responsible for providing leveling power to the host.

The main part of the leveling machine adopts a four-fold roll group structure, which is composed of a welded frame, an integral gantry frame, 15 leveling rolls (7 up and 8 down), an upper and lower roller base, a cross beam, a roller carrier, a roller carrier base, and a worm wheel and worm drive upper roll lifting and lowering device.

Two decelerating motors are used to adjust the upper roller through worm gear drive mechanism respectively, and the two sides of the roller seat are curved track structures. The user can improve the leveling accuracy by adjusting the clearance of the inlet and outlet of the upper and lower leveling rollers according to the needs. The adjustment of the upper roll is shown by a dial indicator.
